Wood Floor Planet Inc. is proud to introduce the distribution of Riva European Wood Floors line. Riva flooring is the new look that all architects and Interior Designers alike are seeking, with a great variety of the new trending colors such as gray and the different shades of white, they also accommodate the traditional shades of brown and reactive colors.
One of the unique features that drew Wood Floor Planet’s attention to this new line are the lengths of the boards, while most manufactures produce lengths of 72’’ to 84’’, Riva European floors Gold and Platinum collections produce lengths up to 96’’, yes, that’s right, 96’’ and that’s not just the longest length, it is nearly 100% of the lengths, it is nearly unheard of for a quality engineered wood floor. But, that’s not all, the wear layer (top layer that is able to be sanded and re-finished in the future), in which it is one of the most important specifications of a engineered floor, is a whopping 4.2MM layer, multiple sandings is no challenge for this flooring. The Platinum collection is finished with a oil finish with a reactive stain process. Both collections are available in a 6 ¾’’, 8’’, and 9 ½’’width. The cool names for these two collections include: Gold Collection: Mercury Blast, Crystal Thunder, Rainy Steel, Gray Sapphire, Black Copper, Coffee Ferrite, Krypton Crown, Platinum Collection: Smoked Palladium, Brown Cobalt, Natural Magnesium and Iron Gray.
They also feature a Select grade face with their Sapphire collection, a very clean look for the individual that does not desire much character in the wood and prefers a cleaner chic look. On this particular collection the lengths are all 78’’, still as long (or) longer than most of the manufactures on the market. This collection is only available in a 7 ½’’ width with a 3.5MM wear layer. Colors for this collection are: White Pearl, Mystic Quartz, Mercury Blast, Feral Cloud, Blizzard and Coffee Ferrite.
Riva European Floors is firmly committed to the environment, great ethics and forest management efficiency. All products are FSC certified (Forest Stewardship Council). Riva European floors is one manufacture that hits the sweet spot on every aspect, including your budget.
